Growing Your Possess Mushrooms

One day I decided to test milk chocolate bars to see if they produced me break out. I didn’t consume any chocolate or chocolate bars for some months to make sure that all candy was out of my system. I did not have acne on my forehead after the 3 weeks.

To check to see if candy bars were causing me acne, I ate a couple big chocolate bars every single day for a few days in a row. On the 3rd day I created cystic acne on my forehead. I then cease eating them on the 3rd day. It took of a week and a half for the cystic acne bumps on my polkadot chocolate to get away. Coincidence? Maybe not at all. I did that test often within the last several years.

I have also tried many other ingredients exactly the same way that I tested chocolate. Throughout the last 6 years I have already been screening every food that I consume to see if it creates me break out. I are in possession of a set of foods that have been producing my acne, and a list of ingredients that perhaps not cause me to break out with acne. Chocolate bars are not the sole food that could trigger acne. Any food or material may cause acne when you have a food allergy to it.

So, does candy cause acne? This can be a answer. Sure it could if you are allergic to some of the ingredients in the chocolate bars.
